When he gets a letter from a Mr. Edmund Vale from Italy asking him to defend him, and his new friend Silena Bellanova and her sister Reyna, offer to take him, Raymond and his son to Italy with them, he gladly accepts. But things seem to take a different turn from what he expects.
The road ahead of the protagonists is filled with mystery, danger, love and lies. How will they react? What is the truth? Is Edmund Vale truly innocent? Or is there something deeper and darker going on?
