Lauren Trainer is your perfect school friend, she is a geek who does well in school, wears glasses and hasn't even had her first kiss. her best friend Sara is just as weird and geeky as her but always has a boy on the go. but Lauren also talks to the 'populars'. everyone likes her apart from her step sister Shannon Fryer and her little group of princess minions.
Lauren is given the task of looking after a new pupil at the school Chris Lookcross who has just moved from America, he's smart good looking and is pretty much a geek (with the face of a model). What starts out as a mini relationship spark, soon turns out to be something that will change the way Lauren looks on the world of love and her choices in life.
