"You bring me so much peace, please don't leave me!" He exclaimed, holding her face in his hands. He felt a tear fall down from her cheek and roll down his thumb. He couldn't bear to see her in this state, and knowing he was the cause made him feel like a complete jerk. His heart was aching for her.

"You have to choose, Asher, it's me or the bottle." She spoke softly, looking into his grey eyes.

"You, it will always be you." He said, leaning in to kiss her cheek.

She left his embrace, standing her ground.

"Prove it." She took one last glance at his tear streaked face and walked away.
