Frankie has just become the youngest and only female in a local barbershop after just moving into town. She has no living family or friends back home so she moved away to start anew. Quickly she becomes well respected and known as being a great barber and begins to build up her clientele. Little does she know that their biggest clientele happens to be members of a well known Mafia whose boss has helped keep the shop in business and only does house calls to get his hair done. One day, he returns from a trip from being away a couple of months and the guy that used to do his hair is no longer there and is picky. Desperate for a cut the only person that can do it is the new girl.
