he had leaned in closer to a point where I could feel his breath on my face, eyes furrowed in concentration as he intently stared at my eyes. Maybe he was curious as to why they glimmered so much in the sun.

Or maybe it's because they're lavender.

Slightly feeling uncomfortable by this position I leaned my head back, "what are you doing?"

The man blinked a few times before leaning back as well, not looking away from my eyes. A still quite concentrated look remained on his face. "Sorry. You just have such beautiful eyes"
