Something the author has to say

Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless boy with one big dream, To Become A Hero. But when his idol, All Might, said he couldn't become a hero without a quirk, something in Izuku snapped. If he can't become a hero, he can become a Villain. And so a new villain was born. He called himself The Dragon.
