When Y/n L/n goes to get Bubble Tea at a nearby bubble tea store she meets Shoto, a emotionless boy who has a thing for cats. Once she starts school at UA she re-meets Shoto who, surprisngly, is her classmate. Y/n feels more comfortable around Shoto than she is with most people because of this Y/n accidentally tells Shoto some things that no one else knows.
