Seven years have passed since Vesper was crowned victor of the Hunger Games. She thinks she has seen everything, until Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark leave the arena together; a first in Hunger Games history. It rattles Panem with as much unrest as it does hope. Then with the Third Quarter Quell, Vesper is forced to realise that getting out of the arena was never the end of the Hunger Games, it was just the beginning...
