The australian air plagued with smoke, Making breathing unbearable, Naturally instinct is to flee the scene, However in my peripheral there is a wave of fire, Spreading like flowing water, There is no escape, My paws adapted for climbing and gripping aren't strong enough for my escape. Nature fights against civilization and wins. More often than not wildfires are due to humans carelessness, Our ignorance leaves huge impact, And the collateral is the helpless.
