Katsuki Bakugo, a very strong Alpha, is friends with the government. They say he can have any omega he wants but he can't find one that he likes until he saw a small timid omega looking at All Might merchandise. The omega went by the name of Izuku Midoriya. When Katsuki saw him he decided immediately that he was his omega.
