Margo, who recently lost her parents in a car crash, is going to therapy and taking prescription pills for Borderline Personality Disorder. Margo's counselor (Francis) encouraged Margo to rebuild broken interpersonal relationships.

Margo decides to call her old high school friends to vacation on the Fourth of July. She hopes to reconnect with Sarah, her ex-best friend. Margo slept with Sarah's boyfriend. Sarah walked in mid-thrust; they haven't spoken since.

On the way to Seashore, a jeep hits the motorhome and roll off the road, falling 30 feet below. The friends must learn to survive the snow and cold weather. It will test the friend's loyalty and reveal a shocking secret.
