My life was perfect. The keyword being "was". Let me take you back to three years ago.
I lived a normal life with my normal foster parents, Liam and Emma Miller. With them, I was Kara Miller, average seventeen-year-old girl living an average life. Liam and Emma were the best parents that I could've ever asked for and I wouldn't have traded them for anything in the world. That all changed the day I found out about my powers.
