Virgil Black is new to Bright High School, having moved away from his past life with his mother and step-father. Though he tries to keep to himself, he ends up meeting and getting to know Roman Prince, Patton, and Logan. Throughout their time together, they begin to grow closer and closer. But what happens when familiar faces from Virgil's past start to work their way back into his life? Will the three help Virgil finally break free from a past he can't seem to get free from?
