After The Boy(2016) movie but there was no Greta.

It has been a year since his parents committed suicide. He had to live all time alone with his music and books hidden in the walls. At night he hunt down small animals so he can survive.
One day everything changes when a family buys the Heelshire mansion, but the only person he took interest in is the only one child of the married couple - 19 years old daughter.

I don't own anything at all except for the plot and my OC.
And sadly I don't own Brahms either.
