Being an artist has its perks, but that's not all Ari is skilled at. Caring, but an asshole, Ari agrees to paint a canvas for a little girl who has Leukemia. Meanwhile, a new neighbor moves into the town house on the end - the house that Ari envies because it's not sandwiched between people. After meeting his new neighbor, Ari realizes they have a lot more in common than he thinks.

On their wild journey together battling what loved ones think of their relationship, the mess they've unintentionally created comes full circle and they find out what true love really is.
