Description
Reagan Porter's quiet, carefree life was abruptly taken away from her when she was reluctantly thrust into the spotlight at twelve by the overnight success of her brothers' band. Her best friend, Ada, was the only one she felt safe and herself around. Then she meets two people that will challenge her more than ever before when she takes a temporary job as a campaign consultant for the race of governor of Georgia. After a chance encounter with Hayes Abernathy in D.C, the drummer of her brothers' rival band who's on a 3-month hiatus, he decides to tag along for the hell of it. Then there's the troubled daughter of her candidate, Destiny, whose personality has an uncanny resemblance to Ada's. The closer she gets to these two and the closer the tension in her family comes to a boiling point, the stronger her urge to run away again grows.
