Description
An unnecessary, self-indulgent history of my fan fiction 'career'. Honestly, if you don't want to read this, you probably won't be missing anything. This is really more for me than anything else. To which you might ask: why post it all then? Well, sometimes I really, really love documentaries and behind-the-scenes stuff and hearing people talk about how they got started or what they were thinking when they created a certain thing. I love stuff like On Writing by Stephen King, Bungie's videos where they talk about making the original Halo Trilogy as they're making it, and most recently have fallen in love with Masters of Doom, an account of the founding of id Software. I know there are people who also like this stuff. And I figured there's probably some small percentage of people who are my fans, who also might like to hear this stuff. Hear about the origins of some fan fictions, or about a lot of fan fictions that will never again see the light of day. That's why I'm posting it. Hopefully you'll get something cool out of this.
