Prologue

By the dictionary, normal is defined as usual, typical, or expected. However, most people want to be different, to be unique, to stand out amongst the crowd.

Cody Monroe wants the opposite. With abnormal parents with supervillain tendencies, Cody wants nothing more than to be a part of the normal, to be like everyone else with normal parents and friends.

When Cody's 'normal' is threatened by the sudden appearance of two unique brothers, friendships are threatened, and secrets begin to surface.

And with heroes and villains alike disappearing left and right, some fear they are next, while others only want to resume their 'normal.'
