Every one shut up!

China, America, and Russia constantly argue during world meetings, they just dont agree with each other. They always poke fun at one another. Sometimes their arguement will turn into a fist fight. England, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Romano, Canada, and Prussia have had enough. They decide that maybe spending time together will make them better friends. Or at least frenemies. England casts a spell that doesn't allow them to go very far apart from each other. Will the plan work?
