This book came to be a project for English class, but this novel is much more than a mere literature curriculum requirement. The authors, Brenna Garcia, Charles Gomez, Paula Rivera, Keneth Abello, and Riego Pama, conceived this story by keen observation of the contemporary Philippine society. This shares their perspective of how the so-called system works, and how one can strive for constant and beneficial change.
