After Izuku got hit by a quirk one day, his memories of the days he spend at UA to the point where he got married and is together with Katsuki was locked away. Seeing how Izuku return to the past where he was afraid and cautious of him, Katsuki was made to remember all the shitty things he did to his omega in the past.
