He has it all: A beautiful caring wife, two intelligent children and a mansion. He's also a criminal defence attorney and working on a psychological case. He represents Adenoid Wright, a suspect accused of killing seven people. When trying to meet his client, Adenoid suddenly disappears from the seclusion rooms at Bridgewater State Hospital. While there's being searched for him, Matthew continues working on the case. Matthew experiences nightmares where he doesn't know the origin of. He also feels like he's being stalked by someone who knows him oddly well. Matthew ends up in a dark conspiracy involving strange non-related events, which can't logically be explained.
