"I woke up to a world I don't recognize, as a person I don't remember." I said somberly, despair seeping through my cracked resolve again.
"Then let me help you recreate who you are. Let me reintroduce you to the world. I can't say for sure that you'll like this version of the world but I'll do my best to make it better." He smiled sheepishly and warmly. The smile that, despite all the odds, kept me sane.
"I think I'll like this world if you're in it." For the first time in a long time, I smiled.
