The Renge Clan is led by the fierce and decorated Master Yei, who tramples on any and everything to get the mystical assassin Clan where they are needed. With a father made of iron, the expectations from Mudan are ruthless, and makes for a very difficult childhood.

Mudan is faced with navigating the challenges, magical dynamics and politics of the Clans, hoping to best it's twisted nature. But soon...it proves to be too much.
