Description
Penelope Heart does her best to hide her stuggle with PTSD and to most of the outside world seems like a huge people person. Her big personality makes up for her small size and sad heart, making her extremely easy to love. Almost anyone she comes in contact with is under her spell in a matter of minutes and she's okay with fooling everyone. Well, almost everyone. She seems to have it together in every aspect of her life and that's what bothers Elliot Dennis to his core. He has never said a word to her, even when she's tried to speak to him. He simply ignores her like she doesn't exist at all. When they are paired up together to finish the sophomore class float after a prank is pulled he is forced to interact with her against his will and he's not happy about it.
