Since a year now, there have been multiple cases of politicians, police officers, or other important persons getting killed for unkown reasons. The mayor warned the city about a certain group of "demons", before exploding himself in front of hundred of civilians. Kosei Fume, a young girl with a personality disorder, with the help of her friends, will uncover the mystery menacing the city. A great Soul-shattering adventure is about to begin.
