It's 2103 and the world is a mess. Trash is strewn everywhere and the air is now sickly. People have decided to experiment on other animals.
Cats are the main animals. People experiment and the end result is either a mutation or something like a super power.
A cat has escaped and now must join together with others to save themselves from the nearing storm.
