Connor Williams is just like all the other 15-year-olds in Coventry, United Kingdom. Except for the fact that he could do amazing things with his brain. Being the brightest mind he knew of, he, of course, had to have a turn of events. He is soon accepted into Dilalia, School for the Bright Minds, where he learns about the magical ways of the Bright Minded.
