Life for Dianna Cruz was dull and repetitive. The only thing that kept her going was her job as a military officer. Everyday she would wake up, eat, work, and sleep. But her life took a different turn when after dying in a hostage-taking operation, she woke up in the body of Henrietta Lovell- a character from a novel she accidentally read a week before her death. But the original owner was a villainess deemed insignificant and will die later by the hands of the male lead.

Diana having the knowledge of the storyline is determined to change her fate and live this second life the way she wants it.
