Chapter one: The Beginning

When Rox's father left she had no idea why, or what she had done at the age of 5 for him to not care. After her new neighbors moved in next door her life took a complete 180, but when she's given a choice to either leave with them or stay with her mother she has to decide. Little does she know her decision will turn her life completely upside down. The only way to get through it is to unlock her past and let in the hurt shes been shielding out for 10 years. Will her best friend be able to stand by her through all these trials? Will she be able to handle the tribulations life is all of a sudden throwing at her?
