It's normal to see a teenage girl living on the streets of Gotham, and even normal for her to steal from a cop. But is it normal for her to have never been caught? Or for her to be one of the most feared fighters on the streets despite her size?

Needless to say, Jim Gordon is intrigued. Will he be able to find her again, or will she just disappear like normal?
