This is basically my life on a day to day basis with trying to get into breakdancing. I have to get fit first and see how far that will take me. on top of that. aside from drinks I am Vegan(trying to find a drink replacement) this is my journey If you want to get fit or get fit to get into breakdancing this is the book for you!!!! I am extremely addicted to food. Weigh 200lb and if I can do it then so can you!!!
