Prologue

I push a string of hair behind my ear and sigh. Jenny has managed to yet again pull me into her life-not that I wasn't already in it, but she's pushing me into her business life.

"And you're sure this isn't going to fly by by then?" I bite my lip in hopes of her agreeing.

"Positive,"she sneezes,"the doctor said I need to stay in for four days. That's included in the day of my shift."

Isabel Lennox, 23 years young and completing her final year in college. Finding herself has not been the easiest thing for her to do, but all that can, and will, change in the blink of an eye. Or ... Possibly by a trip of the foot.
