Melanie works at a small, cosy cafe. She's quiet, mostly shy but puts on a confident mask for work. She has no social skills generally in day to day life, but she manages to be one of the best when it comes to customer service; using a plastic smile slapped across her face.

Only having one actual best friend and not the greatest family relationships, she doesn't have much support for her passions. With a tiny impulse decision, she doesn't even realise how much of a rollercoaster she's buckled herself into.
