After the events of Kamen Rider Build where the extraterrestrial entity Evolto is defeated from bringing destruction to the entire universe and set in the new world. The Genius Scientist becomes the anomaly in this strange place with no one but himself and accepts his fate.

In the alternate world where a young student named Ender Rainier found a secret laboratory where he was greeted by Sento Kiryu and given the choice to become his protege and successor as the next Build. With a new purpose as the Kamen Rider, Ender and Sento travel through the dimensions before entering the new world where magic exists.
