Sans finds himself stuck in underlust for a while. Eventually sans and lust find love in each other and get closer physically and emotionally however sans gets sick and it taken back to undertale by three familiar sans'. While in undertale sans assuming why he got sick and isolates himself from his friends his family and from lust. Papyrus finds out about sans' sickness and how he thinks he got sick and tells lust. Lust comes to comfort sans while papyrus was on patrol and gives sans a small rectangular box
