In Spider-Man vs. Darkwing, you saw what would have happened if the Venom Symbiote infected the wheelchair bound Barbara Gordon. Now imagine what would happen if Venom's spawn Carnage infected the former Robin, Jason Todd. This monstrous amalgamation would have all of Jason's rage issues and Carnage's violent aspects.
