Oceania has lived in Amnesty Bay her whole life and locked away from the ocean by her aunt who loathes her sister for bringing her into the world.

A terrible flood fills the bay and kills parts of the community.

From there she is thrown into the arms of Arthur Curry.

She also discovers a secret about herself that could change the whole of Atlantis.
