This is a collection of poems I've written to help cope with depression. When things became too much to bear, writing poems helped me manage my emotions. It also proved to be quite a distraction since I need to count the syllables and sometimes make a few rhymes. I dedicate this to those experiencing pain and suffering. Even if life becomes gray, just continue living. No matter how dark it is, you can get through it. Just hold on!
