Out of the blue

At the UA school of heroes, Denki Kaminari is known as quite the idiot. The class clown of sorts. He always smiles and laughs, but these days, something seems to be missing. He can't figure out what, he only knows that when he looks at his classmate and good friend Jirou, something aches. Why though? All while Kyoka Jirou herself is struggling with her feelings for the electrifying boy, since she wants to confess, but she's scared that things will change.

...By that time, Mina Ashido and Momo Yaoyorozu are getting reaaaally tired of the two not going on a date anytime soon.
