About a alternate USA where theres a special corps of highly indoctrinated, genetically enhanced super soldiers called death troopers. They have no identity no memory of their past life and no emotion outside of loyalty to one another and the USA. It follows X-27 as he struggles with PTSD that has resurfaced his memories of a past life
