After having had a meet up with the gang, Sonic began to feel sick. He constantly keeps getting a coughing fit and throwing up flower petals without knowing why. After doing research, Sonic finds out what's wrong with him. He has a disease called the Hanahaki disease. A person can get it when there is one-sided love. The only way for the disease to go away is if the person's crush returns the feelings of love. So not, the person will eventually die from suffocation. Knowing this confuses Sonic since he doesn't know he had caught feelings for someone. Now he has to find out who he is in love with and get that person to love him in return before it's too late.
