It's 1983 and in Northern Italy a 17 year old Italian boy named Frank Iero meets someone his father works with, that he soon falls in love with.

Gerard Way is a 24 year old sassy and stuck up graduate student that comes by to help Frank's dad. As soon as Gerard seen Frank, he liked him. But, he thought since he's always so rude to him, he wouldn't want to talk to him.

They realize each other likes the other and they have a summer fling.

But nothing's ever built to last.
