Lilo and Stitch are back at it again! Along with Jumba creating more experiments that are meant for good (sometimes bad... maybe not that bad, but naughty)!

A new evil scientist, Dr. Habbitrale, kidnapped Experiment 621 and turned him evil once more. Using his power, he escapes with Dr. Hämsterviel, who they just met that day.
