Emily moves to New Orleans, Louisiana and discovers she is seeing a ghost. Lucy, the spirit of the hurricane, comes to warn people about the upcoming storm after she died in one herself many many years before. Why did she pick Emily? Also on the side, the rich and popular Andrew comes to like Emily quite a lot. Although they seem like completely opposite people, they really have more in common than meets the eye.
