Two years after Fallout Day, the day that our president: Ramses the Third launched nukes at china and russia, Dean DeLauncet is still alive. Despite the freaks, mutants, and Hellhounds he is surviving. But Dean is about to learn there are far worse things in the world than zombies and mutants. Even in the world after nuclear war, mankind still has the urge to kill, and Ramses plans to take the world down with him.
