Ailith MacKenzie is to be married to Prince Thomas, heir to the Irish Kingdom of Desmond, solidifying a tenuous political alliance between their two houses.

As Ailith and Thomas navigate the unchartered waters of marriage, they are simultaneously thrust into their new roles as King and Queen and must learn to work together as they face the dangers that come with such positions of power.
