Izuku Midoriya has a quirk in this but it is a quirk that his grandfather had. Izuku's grandfather was a villain. He also has a blue flame and a hand soulmate mark.

Inko hates her father and anything like him. She hates her father so much that she hates everything that he loves especially his quirk.

Izuku's quirk lets him talk to snakes, have a snake like fangs and eyes, Izuku is cold blooded, and can turn in to a small venomous green snake.
