Cleo McCall;

Cleo is constantly sick, her immune system fails all of the time. She's on a butt load of medicine, and sometimes hospitalized. She's a genius, so she's a newly 14 year old in 9th grade, she skipped 8th grade.

Her brother's sophomore year changes as he's bit by a werewolf, which changes her life because she would never abandon her brother.
Now she has to help him figure things out while battling the constant fight she's in with her immune system.
