And now this assignment was a testament to that, as the strip club they'd been contracted to stared at him with those big neon 'X's flashing from the building front. He'd expected drunken patrons, as well as leech-like and desperate girls. He'd expected handsy bouncers, and crooked bartenders. He'd expected the criminal club owner. And he got all that. But what he hadn't foreseen was the absolute sweetheart who danced with a grace no professional could achieve and flipped his heart upside down with a glance.
